# Chattel

Property development

In this business, we take on projects to develop properties and sell them to clients with similar needs.  This helps us mitigate risk from other businesses and generate revenue even when market conditions are bad.

From our past experiences in the real estate market, We would like to start this in order to generate revenue to support our objectives, as our other income streams will begin to generate revenue after a few months of operation.

We will keep all our ongoing projects transparent and keep updating the community regarding the same. 50% of the profits generated through chattel will be invested back into the project and the rest of the funds will be re-invested into chattel for further projects.

**This idea was mainly created as a source to fund our project goals and mitigate risk in times of uncertainty.**
